Electrical safety hazard notification
If you detect an accident or electrical safety hazard, notify the respective system operators immediately
If you detect electrical safety hazard (broken or sagging wires, open electrical hatches, damaged towers), keep a distance of at least 8m, warn the others around you, prevent people and animals from reaching the area and immediately notify the distribution system operator.

What is to be reported?
- Exact location of the hazard (address, landmarks)
- Description of the event (cable damage, sparking, falling towers, etc.)
- Accident detection time
- Your contact details for the feedback
Attention!
- Do not approach the damaged equipment
- Do not try to fix the problem by yourself
- Stay in a safe area until emergency crew arrives
